摘 要:针对某船用高速大功率柴油机匹配自主研制的低压SCR系统,进行利用Fire软件,对反应装置及管道废气流场混合均匀性进行仿真分析,验证设计的新型催化器进口分流装置和混合器结构合理。对柴油机安装SCR系统进行台架性能试验,结果表明:SCR系统降低NOx排放效果明显,系统NH3逃逸量较小,使柴油机NOx排放满足IMO TierⅢ排放限值要求,柴油机压力损失满足设计要求。Aiming at a marine high-speed and high-power diesel engine matching low-pressure SCR system,the Fire software is used to simulate and analyze the mixing uniformity of the reaction device and the exhaust gas flow field of the pipeline to verify the reasonable structure of the designed new catalyst inlet splitter and mixer.A bench performance test was carried out on the diesel engine installed with the SCR system.The results show that the SCR system has a significant effect in reducing NOx emissions,and the system has a small NH3 escape volume,so that the diesel engine’s NOx emissions meet the IMO Tier Tier Ⅲ emission limit requirements,and the diesel engine pressure loss meets the design requirements.
