摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平廓清了体育与个人幸福、民族振兴的关系,为新时代中国特色社会主义体育事业的发展指明了方向。研究主要运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对习近平体育话语体系构建的历史逻辑、理论逻辑、实践逻辑与价值旨趣四个方面进行阐释。结论:习近平体育话语体系是马克思人本主义思想、以人民为中心理论与高度重视体育发展传统的镜像。建议:(1)坚持走马克思主义中国化道路,促进全民健身与健康中国战略的紧密结合,以追求美好生活和实现全面小康为愿景,站在新时代的历史高度,将实现个人幸福梦、体育强国梦和中国梦紧密相连。(2)全面发展中国体育事业,深化体育改革,凝聚力量,促进体育与其他产业深度融合,转变体育资源不平衡、体育事业发展不充分的矛盾。(3)转变体育观念,促进体育文化多元化发展,注重传承和发扬中华体育精神,以体育为载体培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,促进人的全面发展。Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China,Xi jinping has clarified the relationship between sports and personal happiness and national rejuvenation,indicating the direction for the development of socialist sports with Chinese characteristics in the new era.This paper mainly uses literature materials,logic analysis and other research methods to explain the historical logic,theoretical logic,practical logic and value purport of the construction of Xi jinping’s sports discourse system.Conclusion:Xi jinping’s sports discourse system is the mirror image of the Marxist humanistic thought,the peoplecentered theory and the tradition of attaching great importance to the development of sports.Suggestions:(1)Adhere to the path of sinicization of Marxism,promote the close combination of national fitness and healthy China strategy,and pursue a better life and achieve all-round well-off life as the vision.At the historical height of the new era,the dream of personal happiness,the dream of sports power and the Chinese dream will be closely linked.(2)Comprehensively develop sports in China,deepen sports reform,pool strength,promote in-depth integration of sports and other industries,and shift the imbalance of sports resources and insufficient development of sports.(3)Change the sports concept,promote the diversified development of sports culture,pay attention to inheriting and carrying forward the Chinese sports spirit,cultivate and practice the core socialist values with sports as the carrier,and promote the all-round development of people.
