老年人口居住安排、健康状况与广东养老机构发展

摘　　要：利用全国人口普查、民政统计等资料估算2020-2050年广东老年人口规模及其居住安排、健康状况构成以及老年人口对养老机构的需求趋势;分析近期广东养老机构发展状况;考察广东养老机构发展政策的演变特点。研究表明,未来30年广东老年人口规模增长较快,较大比例愿意住养老机构;不同居住安排、健康状况的老年人口对养老机构需求存在差异;广东养老机构床位数量增长较快,不同类型养老机构规模及其人力资源、收养人口结构存在较大差异。广东省加快制定并完善养老服务和养老机构发展的政策体系,为养老机构充分和高质量可持续发展提供制度保障。The paper,based on the data of population census,civil statistics in China,estimates the size of elderly population,their living arrangements,health conditions and the demands for elderly support organizations accordingly in the period of 2020-2050 in Guangdong and the potential supply of elderly support organizations by the analysis of present development of the elderly support organizations and the evolution of the social policies for the elderly support organizations.The findings are that the elderly population is going to increase rapidly while an increasingly large proportion of the elders are willing to live in the elderly support organizations.However,the demanding for elderly support organizations of the elders differs with the different living arrangement,health condition.On the other hand,the accommodation of elderly support organizations in Guangdong keep increasing in a relative high speed,and the elderly support organizations of different types differs in the accommodation capability,human resourses and population structure of the elders accommodated.The rapid increasing demanding for elderly support organizations need increasing suitable social policies of social elderly support organizations to provide qualified elderly support services.
