民族药地龙散配合温通督脉火疗疗法对腰椎间盘突出症患者血清神经肽、P物质和5羟色胺水平影响的研究

摘　　要：目的观察使用地龙散配合温通督脉火疗疗法对腰椎间盘突出症患者血清神经肽、P物质和5羟色胺等因子影响。方法临床上选取腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组使用地龙散配合温通督脉火疗疗法治疗,对照组使用常规针刺治疗。在治疗前后对患者血清内神经肽、P物质和5羟色胺水平进行测定。结果使用民族药地龙散配合温通督脉火疗疗法对腰椎间盘突出症患者血清神经肽Y(NP-Y)、P物质(SP)和5羟色胺(5-HT)等炎性因子和疼痛介质治疗前后对比具有统计学意义。结论民族药地龙散配合温通督脉火疗疗法对腰椎间盘突出症患者神经肽、P物质和5羟色胺等因子额显著影响,可以有效减轻患者的痛感。Objective To observe the effect of earthworm powder combined with warming superintendent tract fire therapy on serum neuropeptide,substance P and 5-hydroxytryptamine,etc,factors.Methods Clinically,80 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with earthworm powder combined with warming superintendent tract fire therapy,while the control group was treated with route acupuncture.The serum neuropeptide,substance P and 5-hydroxytryptamine of the patients were measured before and after treatment.Results National medicine earthworm powder combined with warming superintendent tract fire therapy has statistical significance before and after the treatment of inflammatory factors such as serum neuropeptide Y(NP-Y),substance P(SP)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and pain media in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Conclusion The combination of national medicine earthworm powder and warming superintendent tract fire therapy has significant effect on neuropeptide,substance P and 5-hydroxytryptamine in patients with lumbar disc herniation,which can effectively reduce the pain of patients.
