摘　　要：目的研究注射用骨肽(I)对足肿胀大鼠的抗炎疗效。方法通过角叉菜胶诱发大鼠足跖肿胀建立实验动物模型,采用注射用骨肽(I)腹腔注射治疗。结果与对照组比较,注射用骨肽(I)组能够明显减轻由角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足跖肿胀。结论注射用骨肽(I)对角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀具有明显的消炎作用,对实验性炎症反应有明显的治疗作用,加快患炎部位修复。作用机制可能是促进生长因子TGF-β1的合成,TGF-β1能拮抗炎性细胞因子。Object To study the anti-inflammatory effect of bone peptide(I)injection on foot swelling rats.Methods An experimental animal model was established to induce plantar swelling in rats by carrageenan,which was treated by intraperitoneal injection of bone peptide(I).Results Compared with the control group,the injection of bone peptide(I)significantly reduced the swelling of rat plantar feet caused by carrageenan.Conclusions Bone peptide(I)for injection has significant anti-inflammatory effect on the swelling of rats'feet caused by carrageenan,and has obvious therapeutic effect on the experimental inflammatory reaction,speeding up the repair of the affected part.The mechanism of action may be to promote the synthesis of growth factor TGF-TGF-bush 1,which antagonizes inflammatory cytokines.
