经典名方中药复方制剂质量影响因素概述

摘　　要：自2018年国家药典委员会颁布100首经典名方目录至今,经典名方中药复方制剂的研发一直面临着诸多问题,其中如何保证经典名方中药复方制剂质量的问题尤为突出。目前研究表明,复方制剂质量受药材基原、产地、药材前处理、制剂等多种因素影响,其中药材、制剂成型为主要影响因素。因此本文将从原料药材、成型工艺两个方面进行概述,以期为经典名方中药复方制剂研究提供参考。since the National Pharmacopoeia Committee issued the list of 100 classic prescriptions in 2018,the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations has been faced with many problems,especially how to ensure the quality of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.At present,studies have shown that the quality of compound preparations is affected by many factors,such as the origin,origin,pretreatment and preparation,of which the main factors are the formation of medicinal materials and preparations.Therefore,this paper will summarize the raw materials and molding technology in order to provide reference for the research of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation.
