泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑分别治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析泮托拉唑与奥美拉唑分别治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的效果。方法纳入2019年1月~12月因患有消化性溃疡并发上消化道出血于我院进行诊治的82例患者作为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方法将其分为常规组与改良组,常规组给予奥美拉唑治疗,改良组给予泮托拉唑治疗,比较两组疗效。结果比较两组患者疗效,改良组显著高于常规组(P<0.05);比较两组患者的住院时间及止血时间,改良组均显著短于常规组(P<0.05)。结论泮托拉唑治疗治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的效果较好,可提高患者疗效,促进患者康愈。Objective to analyze the effect of Pantoprazole and Omeprazole in the treatment of Upper gastrointestinal bleeding with peptic ulcer.Methods 82 patients with peptic ulcer complicated with Upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from January to December 2019 were included in the study.They were divided into conventional group and modified group according to different treatment methods,the conventional group was treated with Omeprazole and the modified group was treated with Pantoprazole.Results The curative effect of the improved group was significantly higher than that of the Conventional Group(P<0.05),and the hospitalization time and hemostasis time of the two groups were significantly shorter than that of the Conventional Group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pantoprazole is effective in the treatment of peptic ulcer with Upper gastrointestinal bleeding,which can improve the curative effect and promote the recovery of the patients.
