黄体酮与保胎丸联合治疗先兆流产的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的在应用黄体酮治疗先兆流产患者的同时给予保胎丸进行联合治疗,探究其疗效。方法纳入我院接收的42例先兆流产患者,按照奇偶法将其分为常规组与联合组,两组患者均应用黄体酮进行治疗,联合组同时给予保胎丸进行联合治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗后,联合组在孕酮水平和血清β-HCG水平以及治疗成功率和失败率方面均优于常规组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采用黄体酮与保胎丸联合治疗治疗先兆流产患者的效果理想,可调节孕酮及血清β-HCG水平,保障胎儿营养,改善患者出血腹痛的症状,提高保胎的成功率。Objective to investigate the effect of combination therapy with Baotai pill in the treatment of threatened abortion with progesterone.Methods 42 cases of threatened abortion were divided into routine group and combined group according to odd-even method.Both groups were treated with progesterone.The combined group was also treated with Baotai pill,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the combined group in the progesterone level and serum-HCG level and treatment success rate and failure rate were superior to the conventional group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of progesterone and Baotai pill is effective in the treatment of threatened abortion,which can adjust the level of progesterone and serum-HCG,protect fetal nutrition,improve the symptoms of bleeding abdominal pain and improve the success rate of protecting fetus.
