摘　　要：随着国家综合国力的不断提升,在航空装备领域方面有了空前的突破和发展,但仍与世界航空强国差距较大。在我国全面实施军民融合与知识产权保护两大战略背景下,只有充分总结航空产业自主创新及其知识产权保护现状基础上,科学高效制定航空科技知识产权保护战略,从法律、行政、管理及企业等方面形成知识产权保护制度,建立并完善航空产业知识产权保护模式,有效保护航空科技创新成果,提高航空企业市场主体的自主创新能力,才能助推航空产业创新驱动式发展以及核心竞争力提升,缩小与世界航空先进企业间的差距。With the improvement of national Comprehensive National Power,there is an unprecedented breakthrough and development in the field of aviation equipment,but still with foreign advanced countries gap..In the context of China's implementation of the two major strategies of military-civilian integration and intellectual property protection,only on the basis of a full summary of the independent innovation of the aviation industry and its current situation of intellectual property protection,to formulate a scientific and efficient strategy for the protection of scientific and technological intellectual property rights in the aviation industry,form an intellectual property protection system from the legal,administrative,managerial and enterprise aspects,and establish and improve a model for the protection of intellectual property rights in the aviation industry,to effectively protect the achievements of aviation science and technology innovation,and to stimulate and enhance the independent innovation ability of the main market of aviation enterprises,we can promote the innovation-driven development of aviation industry and enhance its core competitiveness,narrowing the gap with the world's leading airlines.
