高校教师隐性知识交流平台的构建研究与实践

摘　　要：高校教师愿意主动贡献隐性知识,高校教师个人能力与素质呈明显阶梯状,高校具有良好的组织者,这为隐性知识交流平台的构建提供了可能。隐性知识交流平台在结构上主要包括系统注册层、系统登录层、隐性知识交流层、隐性知识专家解答层、隐性知识存储层。实际应用表明,平台不仅能够丰富高校教师隐性知识的数量,而且还可以促进隐性知识共享,扩大用户受益范围。College teachers are willing to actively contribute tacit knowledge,the personal abilities and qualities of college teachers are obviously stepped,colleges and universities have good organizers,all these provide the possibility for the construction of tacit knowledge exchange platforms.The main structure of the platform includes system registration layer,system login layer,tacit knowledge exchange layer,tacit knowledge expert answer layer,and tacit knowledge storage layer.Practical applications show that the platform can not only enrich the amount of tacit knowledge of college teachers,but also promote the sharing of tacit knowledge and benefits more users.
