摘  要:针对电熔镁炉数据采集问题,设计开发了一种基于JEasyOPC的数据采集客户端。该客户端通过JEasyOPC使数据采集客户端软件独立于PLC硬件平台,软件整体架构机制采用Eclipse RCP+plugin的模式,并基于DAO设计模式实现数据访问逻辑与对象持久化两者的分离,在数据分析和显示方面分别运用MATLAB Builder JA、3DMax+Flash CS5S等工具实现。最终将设计的数据采集客户端软件应用于电熔镁炉的工业现场,对三相交流电流、电压进行采集。应用效果表明,该客户端数据采集性能可靠,能满足后期基于数据对电熔镁炉进行相关控制和技术研究的需求。Aiming at the problem of data acquisition in electric-melting magnesium furnace,a JEasyOPC-based data acquisition client is designed and developed. The client makes the data acquisition client software independent of the PLC hardware platform through JEasyOPC. The overall software architecture mechanism adopts the Eclipse RCP + plugin mode, realizes the separation of data access logic and object persistence based on the DAO design mode. In data analysis and display, MATLAB Builder JA、3 DMax Flash CS5 S and other tools are used to achieve.Finally,the designed data acquisition client software is applied to the industrial site of the electric-melting magnesium furnace to collect the three-phase AC current and voltage. The application results show that the data acquisition performance of the client is reliable and can meet the requirements of data-based control and technical research for electric-melting magnesium furnace in the later stage.
