摘  要:为解决辐射测温时由于测温环境不同,发射率测量困难而引发的测量误差浮动较大的问题,研究了非支配排序遗传算法运用在光谱辐射测温时的精确性。分别从初始化种群、选择概率算子、交叉及变异算子等方面对该遗传算法进行改进,引入正态分布交叉算子,使其在进化前期拥有较高的多样性,并在后期实现快速收敛。引入考虑温差影响的发射率模型结合经典多光谱测温方法,采用六波长高温计进行数据分析,通过对比传统GA算法、经典非支配排序算法以及改进后的非支配排序算法分别应用于考虑温度影响与未考虑温度影响的发射率模型时的计算结果,从速度、精度、计算结果稳定性等方面进行了分析。结果表明,改进后的非支配排序遗传算法结合考虑温度因素的发射率模型后,能在保证处理时间的情况下,有效地改善数据处理效果,提高温度测量的准确性。As current measurement temperature is different due to different temperature measurement environment,and the measurement error caused by the difficulty in measuring the emissivity is large,the accuracy of non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm is studied mainly in spectral radiation temperature measurement,which could improve the genetic algorithm from the aspects of initial population,selection probability operator,crossover and mutation operator,and the normal distribution crossover operator is introduced to make it own a high diversity in the early stage of evolution,and achieve convergence as soon as possible in the later stage.By introducing the emissivity model,which considers the influence of temperature difference,and combining the classical multi-spectral temperature measurement method,the speed,accuracy and stability of the calculation results are analyzed with the six-wavelength pyrometer for data analysis.Experimental results show that the precision of the improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm can be guaranteed by combining the emissivity model that considers the temperature factor.The data processing effect is improved effectively.
