摘 要:为探讨山药多糖对仔猪生长性能与肠道菌群的影响,试验采用90头杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为5组,分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.01%、0.05%、0.1%、0.2%的山药多糖,每组3个重复,每个重复6头,预试期7 d,正试期40 d。饲养试验结束后,测定仔猪日平均采食量、平均日增重、料重比与腹泻率,以及十二指肠、空肠、回肠与盲肠内容物的乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌与沙门氏菌数量。结果显示:添加山药多糖组各项测定指标均优于对照组。与对照组相比,0.01%、0.05%、0.1%、0.2%山药多糖组平均日增重分别提高了13.61%、20.39%、26.47%、23.53%(P<0.05);日平均采食量分别提高了10.69%、12.98%、14.15%、16.56%(P<0.05);料重比分别降低了3.55%(P>0.05)、7.11%(P<0.05)、10.66%(P<0.05)、6.60%(P<0.05);腹泻率分别降低了29.11%、48.45%、54.31%、51.87%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,添加山药多糖组十二指肠、空肠、回肠和盲肠中乳酸杆菌的数量提高,大肠杆菌与沙门氏菌的数量降低;其中,添加0.05%、0.1%、0.2%山药多糖组的乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌与沙门氏菌数量与对照组相比均有显著差异(P<0.05)。因此,仔猪日粮中添加适当剂量的山药多糖具有调节肠道菌群,提高免疫力,促进生长的作用。In order to study the effect of yam polysaccharide on growth performance and intestinal microflora of piglets,90 weaned Duroc×Landraee×Yorkshire piglets were randomly divided into 5 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 6 piglets in each replicate.0,0.01%,0.05%,0.1%and 0.2%yam polysaccharide were respectively added into the basic diet.The pre-trial period was 7 d and the trial period was 40 d.The average daily feed intake(ADFI),average daily gain(ADG),feed to weight ratio(F/G)and diarrhea rate of piglets were measured,and Lactobacillus,E.coli and Salmonella in doudenum,jejunum,ileum and cecum of piglets were counted.The results showed that the indexes tested of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.Compared with the control group,the ADG of 0.01%,0.05%,0.1%and 0.2%yam polysaccharide groups was significantly increased by 13.61%,20.39%,26.47%,23.53%(P<0.05),the ADFI of the experimental groups was significantly increased by 10.69%,12.98%,14.15%,16.56%(P<0.05),the F/G of the experimental groups was reduced by 3.55%(P>0.05),7.11%(P<0.05),10.66%(P<0.05)and 6.60%(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate of the experimental groups was significantly reduced by 29.11%,48.45%,54.31%and 51.87%(P<0.05),respectively.Lactobacillu of doudenum,jejunum,ileum and cecum in the experimental groups was higher than those of the control group,E.Coli and Salmonella of doudenum,jejunum,ileum and cecum in the experimental groups were lower than those of the control group.Furthermore,compared with the control group,Lactobacillus,E.coli and Salmonella of doudenum,jejunum,ileum and cecum in 0.05%,0.1%,0.2%yam polysaccharide groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Therefore,the diet adding proper dose of yam polysaccharide could regulate intestinal flora of piglets,improve immunity of piglets and promote growth of piglets.
