摘  要:研究了采用碱性还原熔炼—水浸工艺从某钒铅矿中提取钒,考察了熔炼温度、熔炼时间、钠盐添加量,浸出温度、浸出时间、液固体积质量比对钒浸出率的影响。结果表明:钒铅矿中添加5%钠盐,在1200℃下熔炼60 min,再在80℃下水浸60 min,控制液固体积质量比为3/1,钒浸出率可达83.24%,浸出效果较好。The extraction of vanadium from a vanadium-lead ore by alkaline reduction smelting and water leaching process was researched.The effects of smelting temperature,smelting time,sodium salt addition,leaching temperature,leaching time,and liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio on leaching of vanadium were examined.The results show that under the conditions of melting temperature of 1200℃,melting time of 60 min,sodium salt dosage of 5%,leaching temperature of 80℃,leaching time of 60 min,liquid volume-to-solid mass ratio of 3/1,the leaching rate of vanadium is over 83.24%,the leaching effect is good.
