摘 要:研究了采用钠皂化P507(2-乙基己基膦酸单-2-乙基己基脂)从电解精炼制备超高纯钴的高浓度氯化钴电解质水溶液中萃取分离钴、镍,考察了振荡时间、静置分相时间、温度、相比(Vo/Va)、P507体积分数及有机相皂化率对萃取的影响。结果表明:在振荡时间15 min、静置分相时间10 min、温度20℃、初始水相pH=3.50、相比Vo/Va=1/1、P507体积分数20%及有机相皂化率65%条件下,钴、镍分离比为2940/1,二者得到有效分离。Solvent extraction of cobalt and nickel from high concentration cobalt chloride solution used to prepare ultrahigh purity cobalt by electro-refining using sodium-saponified P507(2-ethylhexylphosphoric acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester)was studied.The effects of oscillation time,phase disengagement time,temperature,ratio of organic phase-to-aqueous phase(Vo/Va),P507 volume fraction and saponification rate of organic phase on extraction of cobalt and nickel were examined.The results show that under the optimum conditions of extraction oscillation time of 15 min,phase disengagement time of 10 min,temperature of 20℃,initial aqueous phase pH of 3.50,Vo/Va of 1/1,P507 volume fraction of 20%and organic phase saponification of 65%,the separation ratio of cobalt and nickel is 2940/1,good separation effect is obtained.
