摘 要:计算分析了设计频率为0~2%时山区水库在复杂环境下的防洪特性。结果表明,随着设计频率从0.02%增加至2%,山区水库的水库最高水位、水库库容和最大泄量都呈现逐渐减小特征;当设计频率为0.02%时,如果水库最高水位下持续进行6h,山区水库将承受巨大风险。若要保证山区水库在复杂环境下具有较强的防洪能力,则设计频率应该高于0.135%。随着置信度水平从0增加至1,山区水库的防洪模糊风险率区间呈现逐渐减小特征,山区水库风险模糊性会随着置信度水平增加而减弱,山区水库极限水库风险率上限和下限数据的可信度也逐渐提高。The flood control characteristics of mountainous reservoir in complex environment are studied when the design frequency is 0~2%.The results show that,with the increase of design frequency from 0.02%to 2%,the maximum water level,reservoir capacity and maximum discharge of mountain reservoirs are gradually reduced;when the design frequency is 0.02%,if the maximum water level of the reservoir continues for 6 hours,the mountain reservoir will bear great risk;in order to ensure that the mountain reservoir has strong flood control capacity in complex environment,the design frequency should be 0.135%.With the increase of the confidence level from 0 to 1,the fuzzy risk rate interval of flood control of mountain reservoir shows the characteristics of decreasing gradually;the risk fuzziness of mountain reservoir will weaken with the increase of confidence level,and the reliability of upper and lower limit data of limit reservoir risk rate of mountain reservoir is also gradually improved.
