摘  要:采用加盐萃取精馏方法,以丙三醇作为萃取剂,分别加入CaCl2和K2CO3两种盐,在改变进料乙醇含量(体积分数,全文同)及回流比的情况下,进行乙醇—水体系的分离实验研究.研究结果表明,添加两种离子盐均可增加产品乙醇含量.在相同的进料乙醇含量和回流比条件下,加入丙三醇+CaCl2的萃取效果比加入丙三醇+K2CO3更好.研究结果对实际生产具有一定参考价值.Using the method of salt extraction and distillation and glycerol as the extractant,two different salts of CaCl2 and K2CO3 were added respectively,by changing the feed ethanal content(concentration)and reflux ratio,the separation experiment of ethanol-water system was researched.The research results show that the addition of both ionic salts can increase the product content of ethanol and in the same condition of feed ethanol content and reflux ratio,the addition of glycerol+CaCl2 can improve the entraction effect of the product ethanol better than glycerol+K2CO3.The research has certain reference value for actual production.
