摘　　要：公有资本是资本范畴在中国特色社会主义市场经济中的重要实践形式,总结中国特色社会主义实践驾驭资本的经验、深化对马克思资本理论的研究是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的重要内容。社会主义市场经济中公有资本现象的存在,丰富了马克思主义经典理论中资本只在资本主义生产条件下存在的判断,客观上提出了社会主义社会的资本形态,为创新阐释马克思资本范畴提供了新的实践基础和理论素材。从社会主义市场经济实践中的公有资本现象出发,可将社会主义社会的公有资本现象作为资本范畴的特殊形态来理解,并以此为基础揭示资本运动更为一般的规律,在这种一般与特殊的辩证统一中发展马克思的资本范畴,界定资本范畴适用的历史区间,阐发公有资本范畴作为社会主义市场经济理论中重要范畴的理论地位。Public capital is an important practice form of capital in the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.Summarizing the experience of controlling capital in the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics and improving Marx’s capital theory are important fields of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The existence of public capital in the socialist market economy has complemented the Marxist classic theory with a new finding that capital not only exists in the capitalist mode of production,and proposed the capital form of a socialist society,and these would provide a new practical basis and theoretical material for the innovative interpretation of Marx’s capital category.The public capital in the socialist market economy indicates that the public capital in a socialist society can be regarded as a special form of the capital.This finding has resulted in a more general law of the capital movement,has extended Marx’s capital category from the perspective of the dialectical unity of general and special,has updated the historical period of the capital and has revealed the important theoretical value of the public capital among the socialist market economy theory.
