摘　　要：客观把握经济形势是科学决策的基础。世界处于百年未有之大变局,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我国进入全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段,即将开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新征程。但美国在贸易、经济、科技、人才等多领域不断挑衅,使国际环境日趋复杂,不稳定性、不确定性明显增强。准确把握当前经济形势,既要关注当前,也要把握历史,展望未来,在分析历史发展大趋势中准确把握我国现在所处历史方位,这有利于客观认识我国当前经济发展中国际国内问题发生的宏观背景,也可使我们增强坚持前进方向、不为外力干扰所动的定力和迎难而上的决心。美国发起种种挑衅的本质是要破坏中国建设社会主义现代化强国、实现民族复兴的进程,遏制中国的发展,以保持美国的霸权优势。应对挑衅,我们有足够的底气,包括雄厚的科技、人才和经济基础,具有活力的企业,完整的产业体系,巨大的国内市场和国际市场空间,独具特色的制度优势,等等。要发挥这些优势,抓住新机遇,把自己的事情办好,全面深化改革,继续扩大开放,着力实现高质量发展。不为干扰所动,向着既定目标砥砺前行,建成社会主义现代化强国、民族复兴的目标一定能实现。Objectively grasping the economic situation is the basis of scientific decision-making.The world is in a period of major change that is rarely seen in a century.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.China has entered the decisive victory stage of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and embarked on a new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country.However,the continuous provocation of the United States in trade,economy,technology,talent,and other fields has made the international environment increasingly complex,and the instability and uncertainty have increased significantly.To accurately grasp the current economic situation,we must not only pay attention to the current situation,but also grasp the history,look forward to the future,and accurately grasp the historical position of our country in the analysis of historical development trends.This is conducive to objectively understanding the macro background of the international and domestic problems in my country’s current economic development,and allows us to strengthen our determination to stay on the way forward,not to be disturbed by external forces,and to face difficulties.The nature of the various provocations launched by the United States is to undermine China’s process of building a great modern socialist country and realizing national rejuvenation,and to curb China’s development to maintain its hegemonic advantage.To deal with provocations,we have sufficient confidence,including strong science and technology,talent and economic foundation,dynamic enterprises,complete industrial system,huge domestic and international market space,unique institutional advantages,and so on.We must give full play to these advantages,seize new opportunities to run our own affairs well,comprehensively deepen reforms,continue to expand opening up,and strive to achieve high-quality development.Stay unmoved by interference and move forward towards the set goals.The goal of building a great modern socialist countr
