摘  要:不同防腐涂层材料对钢结构桥梁防腐有着重要影响,采用多层不同防腐涂层组合的复合涂层可以分层发挥各自材料优点,并以最佳的附着力、耐盐雾性能控制各涂层干膜厚度和总涂层厚度,以达到最佳防腐目的。现阶段钢桥主体结构采用的防腐手段主要为多涂层组合的重防腐技术和金属喷涂复合涂料技术。Different anticorrosive coating materials have an important influence on the anticorrosion of steel structure bridge.The composite coating composed of the multilayer different anticorrosive coatings can play the material advantages by layers.The dry film thickness and total coating thickness of each coating can be controlled by the best adhesion and salt spray resistance to achieve the best anti-corrosion purpose.At present,the anti-corrosive means used for the main structures of steel bridge are mainly the heavy anti-corrosion technique composed of multilayer coatings and the metal sprayed composite coating technology.
