摘 要:基于室内试验对再生沥青混合料的拌和工艺进行研究,确定大掺量RAP厂拌热再生沥青混合料的施工温度与拌和时间;采用马歇尔方法对再生沥青混合料进行配合比设计,并测试再生沥青混合料的路用性能。结果显示:延长拌和时间和提高拌和温度可以有效降低花白料现象,推荐SBS再生沥青混合料的拌和时间为180s,新料加热温度为220℃;随着RAP掺量的增加,再生沥青混合料的高温性能不断提高,低温性能和水稳定性降低。根据我国自然区划推荐RAP掺量为:冬严寒区RAP的掺量不宜超过40%;冬温区不宜超过60%。Based on the laboratory test,the mixing technology of recycling asphalt mixture is studied to determine the construction temperature and mixing time of high-volume RAP hot mix plant recycling asphalt mixture.Marshall Method is used to carry out the mix design of recycling asphalt mixture.And the pavement performances of recycling asphalt mixture are tested.The result shows that lengthening the mixing time and raising the mixing temperature can effectively reduce the grey and white phenomenon.It is recommended that the mixing time of SBS recycling asphalt mixture is 180 s and the heating temperature of new materials is 2200 C.With the increase of RAP mixing amount,the high-temperature performance of recycling asphalt mixture continues to improve,and the low-temperature performance and the water stability reduce.The RAP mixing amounts recommended by the natural divisions in China are that the mixing amount of RAP in the cold winter zones should not exceed 40%and in the warm winter zones should not exceed 60%.
