摘  要:在一定的成品油市场条件下,部分炼油厂存在着进一步提高柴汽比、降低汽油烯烃含量、提高汽油辛烷值等改善产物分布和产品质量的需求。基于筛选的TSRFCC专用配方剂,在中型提升管装置上开展改变二段提升管进料方式、增加二段提升管汽油回炼的探究试验,评价配方剂配合工艺优化后改善产物分布和产品质量的效果。研究表明,新方案可使液化气收率降低、汽油收率降低、柴油收率增加、汽油中烯烃含量降低、汽油研究法辛烷值增加、液化气中丙烯浓度增加,可为特定工业装置提供参考方案。Under certain market conditions of refined oil products,some refineries have demands for further improving product distribution and product quality,such as increasing diesel fuel ratio,reducing olefin content of gasoline and increasing octane number of gasoline.Based on the application of TSRFCC catalyst and the optimization of the process conditions of the two-stage riser,a series of studies have been carried out on catalytic cracking test unit.The experiment was carried out to change the feed mode of the second extraction and increase the recycle of the second extraction gasoline.The experimental results show that the yield of LPG decreases,the yield of gasoline decreases and the yield of diesel increases.The olefin content in gasoline decreases,the octane number of gasoline increases,and the propylene concentration in LPG increases.This provides a reference scheme for specific industrial installations.
