摘　　要：在实际建筑工程发展过程中,防水性能与居民生活质量存在直接关系,传统防水技术极易出现漏水和渗水等问题,进而对建筑结构和性能产生影响。根据以往工作经验,对屋面防水施工技术中存在的问题进行总结,并从基层处理操作、卷材铺贴和缝施工搭接、柔性防水层施工、刚性防水层施工4方面,论述了建筑工程屋面防水施工技术要点。In the development of practical construction engineering,there is a direct relationship between the waterproof performance and the quality of life of residents.With the application of traditional waterproof technology,it is very easy to have problems such as water leakage and seepage,which will affect the structure and performance of buildings.Based on the previous work experience,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the construction technology of roof waterproofing,and discusses the key points of construction technology of roof waterproofing in building engineering from four aspects:base treatment operation,coiled material paving and joint construction,flexible waterproof layer construction and rigid waterproof layer construction.
