摘 要:滇池污染底泥疏挖工程是我国湖泊治理的重点项目之一。目前,外源污染通过入滇河道整治、新建截污管道和新改扩建城市水质净化厂等措施已得到一定程度的控制,内源污染成为了最主要的污染源。已实施的一期、二期工程,在消除内源污染,改善滇池水质,恢复生态环境方面取得了显著的效益。为巩固和扩大疏挖成果,正在实施的三期工程采用了目前国内最新的工艺——“淤泥脱水固结一体化”技术,实现了对淤泥的“减量化、无害化、稳定化”处理和“资源化”处置。该疏浚技术的成功运用,为今后城市内湖底泥处理处置提供了很好的借鉴作用。The dredging project of the contaminated bottom of the Dian Lake is one of the important projects in our national lake management.The external pollution have been controlled to a certain extent through the river renovation,the new pipeline built for pollution cut-off and the new expansion of urban water purification plant and other measures,and now the endogenous pollution has become the main source of pollution.The first and second phases of the project implementation have achieved remarkable benefits in eliminating endogenous pollution,improving the water quality of the Dian Lake and restoring the ecological environment.In order to consolidate and expand the results of dredging,the third phase of the project is done currently using the latest domestic process——"silt dewatering and solidification integration"technology,to achieve the silt"reduction,harmless,stable"treatment and"resource"disposal.The successful application of dredging technology provides a good reference for the disposal of mud at the bottom of the city lake in the future.
