摘 要:钢结构工程复杂,安装难度高,实现本结构的实际设计受力状态是钢工程的重点,因此构件加工、结构安装的每个环节必须高质量、高精度地完成。初步研究发现:为保证安装质量,内部所有的零部件必须有提前拼装这个环节,只有此环节合格后,才能离开工厂进行现场安装;针对大型钢结构、结构体系,考虑到运输条件的限制,采用工厂散件加工,运输至现场分三段拼装,以分段吊装就位的方法进行安装,适合现场工程施工。Steel structure engineering is complex and difficult to install.Realize the actual design stress state of this structure is the key point of steel engineering.Therefore,each link of component processing and structure installation must be completed with high quality and precision.The preliminary study found that:in order to ensure the installation quality,all internal parts must be assembled in advance.Only after this link is qualified,can they leave the factory for on-site installation;for large-scale steel structures and structural systems,considering the limitations of transportation conditions,the method of factory parts processing,transportation to the site,assembly in three sections,and hoisting in place in sections is adopted for installation and delivery suitable for site engineering construction.
