摘　　要：目前,我国存在许多年代久远、基础设施破旧不堪的小区,已经严重影响到了居民的生活质量及城市的整体面貌。海绵城市是新时期城市建设领域的一套绿色发展理论,将其应用于老旧小区的改造中可以形成生态、文明、自然、和谐的居住小区,文章将以此为主题进行探讨研究。At present,there are many communities in my country that have a long history and poor infrastructure,which has seriously affected the quality of life of residents and the overall appearance of the city.Sponge city is a set of green development theories in the field of urban construction in the new period.Applying it to the transformation of old communities can form ecological,civilized,natural and harmonious residential communities.The article will discuss and study on this theme.
