摘 要:目的通过考察外观品相、含水量和多糖含量,确定太子参干燥条件。方法采用不同温度对太子参鲜品进行干燥,以干燥速率、外观品相及多糖含量为评价指标,确定太子参药材的最佳电热干燥工艺参数。结果当温度为45℃烘8 h、温度升至55℃烘12 h时,产品外观光泽度好、表面皱缩程度小,多糖含量达16.12%,含水率13.31%低于14%,符合太子参中药饮片标准。结论在保证干燥品质的情况下,得到了太子参鲜品(直径范围为0.3~0.7 cm)电热干燥的最佳工艺参数为45℃8 h-55℃12 h。Objective By examining the appearance,water content and polysaccharide content,the drying conditions of Pseudostellariae Radix were determined.Methods The fresh Pseudostellariae Radix were dried at different temperatures,and the drying rate,appearance,and polysaccharide content were used as evaluation indicators to determine the optimal electrothermal drying process parameters for Pseudostellariae Radix.Results When the temperature is 45℃ for 8 hours and the temperature rises to 55℃ for 12 hours,the product has good appearance gloss,low surface shrinkage,polysaccharide content reaches 16.12%,water content 13.31% is lower than 14%,which is in line with the Standard for Chinese Herbal Pieces of Pseudostellariae Radix.Conclusion Under the condition of ensuring the drying quality,the best process parameters for electric heating drying of Pseudostellariae Radix(diameter range 0.3~0.7 cm)are 45℃8 h-55℃12 h.
