摘 要:含油污泥是石油和石化企业在石油开采、储运和炼制过程中产生的危险固体废弃物,处理不当会造成环境污染。随着环保法规的日益完善,大量的含油污泥给企业带来了沉重的环保和经济压力。环保、高效、节能地处理含油污泥是近年来研究的热点。介绍了目前国内含油污泥处理技术的研究现状,阐述了溶剂萃取、热洗涤、热解、焚烧、生物处理等技术的原理和特点。以资源化、无害化、减量化处理含油污泥为目的,对含油污泥处理技术的发展方向进行了展望。Oily sludge is the hazardous solid waste generated in the process of petroleum exploitation,storage,transportation and refining,and will cause environmental pollution if not properly handled.With the perfection of environmental laws and regulations,huge volumes of oily sludge have brought heavy pressure on environmental protection and economics for petroleum and petrochemical enterprises.The green and efficient treatment technologies of oily sludge are the research hotspots in recent years.The research process of oily sludge treatment technologies in China is reviewed in this paper,covering the principles and characteristics of solvent extraction,hot washing,pyrolysis,incineration,biological treatment and other treatment technologies.The development trends of oily sludge treatment technologies are prospected in the aspects of harmless-treatment,and waste recycling and minimization.
