摘　　要：目的:统计分析我院门诊药房麻醉药品使用情况。方法:通过医院医疗系统收集2017年1月—2019年12月的我院门诊药房麻醉药品使用明细,含药物名称、规格、用量、价格等,最后进行用药分析。结果:麻醉药品的总体用量呈上升趋势,其中盐酸羟考酮缓释片用量上升最快。各麻醉药品的DDC值基本稳定,B/A值接近1.0,患者负担未增长。结论:我院门诊麻醉药品使用情况基本符合安全、有效、经济的用药原则,但仍需加强麻醉药品不良反应的监测。Objective:Statistical analysis of the use of narcotic drugs in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital.Methods:Through the hospital medical system,we collected the details of narcotic drug use in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019,including drug name,specification,dosage,price,etc.,and finally analyzed the drug use.Results:The overall consumption of narcotic drugs showed an upward trend,among which oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets increased the fastest.The DDC value of narcotic drugs was basically stable,B/A value was close to 1.0,and the burden of patients did not increase.Conclusion:The use of narcotic drugs in outpatient department of our hospital is basically in line with the principle of safe,effective and economic drug use,but it is still necessary to strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reactions.
