黄栀花口服液联合阿莫西林克拉维酸颗粒治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察黄栀花口服液联合阿莫西林克拉维酸颗粒治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效。方法:选取2018年6月—2019年12月在我院治疗的70例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组(35例)口服阿莫西林克拉维酸钾颗粒,观察组(35例)在对照组基础上加用黄栀花口服液。观察两组患者的症状及体征改善的时间、治疗前后感染指标情况、治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者退热、咽痛缓解、咽充血消退、脓性分泌物消退时间均较对照组短;两组患者白细胞计数(WBC)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清降钙素原(PCT)等指标在治疗后均下降,且观察组下降较对照组明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄栀花口服液联合阿莫西林克拉维酸颗粒治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎可以明显改善患儿症状及体征、感染指标下降明显,治疗效果及安全性较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of huangzhihua oral liquid combined with amoxicillin and clavulanic acid granules in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis.Methods:70 patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis treated in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(35 cases)took amoxicillin clavulanate potassium granules,and the observation group(35 cases)added huangzhihua oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The improvement time of symptoms and signs and the infection index before and after treatment were observed in the two groups Condition,treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The time of fever,sore throat,pharyngeal congestion and purulent secretion in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;the white blood cell count(WBC),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),C-reactive protein(CRP),serum procalcitonin(PCT)and other indicators in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group;the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huangzhihua oral liquid combined with amoxicillin and clavulanic acid granules in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of children,significantly reduce the infection index,and have good therapeutic effect and safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
