摘　　要：目的:探究自拟补肾活血汤对薄型子宫内膜患者子宫内膜厚度及子宫动脉血流指数的影响。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月—2019年12月在我院进行治疗的80例薄型子宫内膜患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法分为对照组(39例)与观察组(41例),对照组采用雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片联合阿司匹林治疗,观察组采用自拟补肾活血汤治疗,比较两组疗效、子宫内膜厚度及子宫动脉血流指数。结果:治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度均高于治疗前,搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、收缩期峰值流速/舒张期流速(S/D)均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率、子宫内膜厚度、PI、RI、S/D与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟补肾活血汤可提高薄型子宫内膜患者的子宫内膜厚度,改善其子宫动脉血流指数,从而促进患者康复。Objective:To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on endometrial thickness and uterine artery blood flow index in patients with thin endometrium.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with thin endometrium treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into control group(39 cases)and observation group(41 cases).The control group was treated with estradiol tablets/estradiol and progesterone tablets combined with aspirin,while the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction.The curative effect,endometrial thickness and uterine artery blood flow index were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups were higher than before treatment,pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI),systolic peak velocity/diastolic velocity(S/D)were lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate,endometrial thickness,PI,RI,S/D of the observation group were not significantly different from those of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Bushen Huoxue Decoction can improve the endometrial thickness of patients with thin endometrium,improve the uterine artery blood flow index,so as to promote the recovery of patients.
