自拟愈疡汤与四联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较自拟愈疡汤与西医四联疗法对幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月—12月我院诊治的Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者110例,以随机数字表法分为两组各55例。对照组采用西医四联疗法,观察组采用自拟愈疡汤,均治疗6周,并随访1年,比较两组Hp根除率、溃疡愈合率、复发率以及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后1个月,Hp根除率观察组(90.91%)高于对照组(76.36%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后半年和1年,观察组溃疡愈合率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1年,观察组溃疡复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗过程中,不良反应发生率观察组(9.09%)低于对照组(23.64%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与西医四联疗法相比,自拟愈疡汤治疗可以更好地提升Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者的Hp根除率及溃疡愈合率,降低复发风险,且不良反应发生率低,安全性较好。Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of Yuyang decoction and western medicine quadruple therapy on Helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive peptic ulcer.Methods:110 patients with HP Positive Peptic Ulcer in our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with Yuyang decoction.All patients were treated for 6 weeks and followed up for 1 year.Hp eradication rate,ulcer healing rate,recurrence rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:One month after treatment,the Hp eradication rate of the observation group(90.91%)was higher than that of the control group(76.36%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after half a year and one year after treatment,the ulcer healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);one year after treatment,the ulcer recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).during the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(9.09%)was lower than that in the control group(23.64%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the quadruple therapy of Western medicine,the self-made Yuyang decoction can better improve the Hp eradication rate and ulcer healing rate of patients with Hp positive peptic ulcer,reduce the risk of recurrence,and have low incidence of adverse reactions and good safety.
