米力农与多巴酚丁胺治疗顽固性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨米力农与多巴酚丁胺治疗顽固性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法100例顽固性心力衰竭患者均于黑山县第一人民医院接受治疗,时间为2018年3月至2020年3月,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=50,应用米力农治疗)和对照组(n=50,应用多巴酚丁胺治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、全身状况及生活质量。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率、呼吸困难程度评分、全身状况评分、WHOQOL各项指标评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者血压下降2例,心动过速1例,对照组为4例和1例,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对顽固性心力衰竭患者,采用米力农治疗能够显著降低不良反应发生率,促进患者疾病快速康复,改善全身状况,安全有效,临床治疗效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of milrinone and dobutamine on refractory heart failure.Methods A total of 100 patients with intractable heart failure were treated at the First People's Hospital of Heishan County from March 2018 to March 2020.They were divided into observation groups according to the random number table method(n=50,milrinone treatment)and control group(n=50,dobutamine treatment).The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,general conditions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment,dyspnea score,general condition score,and WHOQOL scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 2 cases of blood pressure drop in the observation group,1 case of tachycardia,and 4 cases and 1 case in the control group.There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with refractory heart failure,milrinone treatment can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,promote the rapid recovery of patients,improve the general condition,safe and effective,and the clinical treatment effect is remarkable.
