摘　　要：目的探讨术后早期应用肠内营养治疗重症脑出血患者术后腹泻的效果。方法选取2017年12月至2019年12月于泗阳县人民医院接受手术治疗的98例重症脑出血患者,通过计算机随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。两组患者均予以常规治疗,包括脱水、脑保护及抑酸等治疗,对照组患者在此基础上开展鼻饲流质饮食,观察组患者则在早期予以肠内营养治疗。观察两组患者治疗后的营养指标改善情况,包括ALB、PA、TP,同时记录治疗期间腹泻、腹胀及胃潴留等不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后的ALB、PA、TP指标均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组腹泻、腹胀及胃潴留等不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后早期应用肠内营养治疗可在更大程度上改善重症脑出血患者的营养状况,降低腹泻、腹胀及胃潴留等不良反应的发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of early postoperative enteral nutrition on postoperative diarrhea in patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 98 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage who underwent surgery in Siyang County People's Hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were divided into control group and observation group,each group had 49 cases.The patients in the two groups were given routine treatment,including dehydration,brain protection and acid inhibition.The patients in the control group were given nasal feeding liquid diet on this basis,while the patients in the observation group were given enteral nutrition treatment in early stage.The improvement of nutritional indexes,including ALB,PA and TP,and the occurrence of adverse reactions such as diarrhea,abdominal distension and gastric retention were observed.Results The ALB,PA and TP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of diarrhea,abdominal distension and gastric retention in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early postoperative enteral nutrition treatment can improve the nutritional status of patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage and reduce the incidence of diarrhea,abdominal distension and gastric retention.
