闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗股骨干骨折患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗股骨干骨折患者的临床疗效。方法选择2014年1月至2017年1月鞍山市台安县恩良医院骨科收治的79例股骨干骨折患者为研究对象,根据随机原则分成观察组(n=40,采用闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗)和对照组(n=39,采用切开复位交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗)。观察两组患者手术时间、术中出血量及并发症发生情况;随访1年后,比较两组患者术后骨折愈合时间和膝关节功能评分。结果两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者术中出血量、术后骨折愈合时间、膝关节功能评分、并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗股骨干骨折患者的术中出血量少,术后并发症少,骨折愈合时间短,可有效改善膝关节功能,提高患者预后效果。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture.Methods From January 2014 to January 2017,79 cases of femoral shaft fracture treated in our department were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into two groups,40 cases in the observation group and 39 cases in the control group.The patients in the observation group were treated with closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation,while those in the control group were treated with open reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation.Following up for 1 year,the time of fracture healing and knee joint function score were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).In the observation group,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative fracture healing time,knee joint function score,and complication rate were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation for femoral shaft fracture can reduce the amount of blood and complications,shorten the healing time of fracture,improve knee function and improve the prognosis of patients.
