肌钙蛋白联合心肌酶对冠心病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨肌钙蛋白联合心肌酶对冠心病的诊断价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在沈阳市精神卫生中心进行检查的40例冠心病患者为试验组,选取同期40名健康体检者为对照组,比较两组的肌钙蛋白和心肌酶水平。结果试验组碱性磷酸酶、磷酸肌酶激酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同功酶、α羟丁酸脱氨酶、肌钙蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌钙蛋白和心肌酶谱在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者中的表达水平明显增高,可用于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的早期预测。Objective To investigate the significance of troponin combined with myocardial enzyme in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods Select 40 patients with coronary heart disease who were examined in Shenyang Mental Health Center from January 2018 to January 2019 as the experimental group,and select 40 healthy physical examination subjects during the same period as the control group.The levels of troponin and myocardial enzymes of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of alkaline phosphatase,phosphatase kinase,lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase isoenzyme,α-hydroxybutyrate deaminase,and troponin levels in the test group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of troponin and myocardial enzymes in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease are significantly increased,which can be used for early prediction of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
