孕前优生健康检查联合孕期规范化干预对高龄产妇心理状态及妊娠结局的影响

摘　　要：目的研究孕前优生指导配合规范化孕期保健在高龄产妇中的应用效果及对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2018年8月于我机构接受治疗的100例高龄产妇为本次研究对象。将100例高龄产妇采用随机分配法,平均分成常规组50例与试验组50例。常规组高龄产妇给予规范化孕期保健,试验组高龄产妇给予孕前优生指导配合规范化孕期保健,对比两组产妇妊娠结局以及妊娠期并发症发生率情况和新生儿出生情况。结果试验组剖宫产率、难产率、新生儿窒息发生率、产妇妊娠期并发症发生率及低体质量儿、巨大儿、早产儿情况,均明显低于常规组(P<0.05),顺产率明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对高龄产妇采取孕前优生指导配合规范化孕期保健效果明显,能有效减轻高龄产妇围孕期应激反应,并降低产妇妊娠期并发症的发生率,同时,可有效避免早产新生儿、巨大儿以及低体质量儿出生情况。Objective To study the effect of pre-pregnancy eugenics guidance combined with standardized pregnancy care in elderly women and their influence on pregnancy outcome.Methods We selected 100 elderly parturients who were treated in our institution from June 2016 to August 2018 as the research objects,100 cases of senile parturients were randomly allocated and divided into 50 cases in the routine group and 50 cases in the test group.The elder parturients in the routine group were given standardized pregnancy care,and the elder part of the test group was given pre-pregnancy eugenics guidance and standardized pregnancy care.The pregnancy outcomes and the incidence of complications during pregnancy and the birth of newborns were compared between the two groups.Results The cesarean section rate,dystocia rate,neonatal asphyxia rate,maternal pregnancy complication rate,and lowweight infants,giant infants,and premature infants in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).It was significantly higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of pre-pregnancy eugenics guidance and standardized pregnancy health care for advanced-age women is obvious,which can effectively reduce the peri-pregnancy stress response of elderly women and reduce the incidence of complications during pregnancy.At the same time,it can effectively avoid premature newborns,large babies,and low bodies.Birth condition of quality babies.
