瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛痰浊痹阻证对于心肌血运重建的影响及效果

摘　　要：目的探讨瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛痰浊痹阻证对于心肌血运重建的影响及效果。方法选取2016年4月至2019年1月收治的70例冠心病心绞痛痰浊痹阻证患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为观察组与对照组,各35例;其中观察组给予瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗,对照组给予西药治疗。观察及评估两组患者治疗后总有效率、胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高敏C反应蛋白及颈动脉内膜中层厚度。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前,观察组患者与对照组患者的胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇相比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于对照组,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前,观察组患者与对照组患者的高敏C反应蛋白及颈动脉内膜中层厚度相比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的高敏C反应蛋白及颈动脉内膜中层厚度低于对照组,P<0.05。结论瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减用于治疗冠心病心绞痛痰浊痹阻证中具有较高的临床价值,能够有效缓解患者的临床症状。Objective To investigate the effect of gualouxiebaibanxia decoction on the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome on myocardial revascularization.Methods Seventy patients with coronary heart disease with angina pectoris and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome who were admitted from April 2016 to January 2019 were enrolled.According to the random number method,the observation group and the control group were divided into 35 cases.Gualouxiebaibanxia decoction was treated with Western medicine,and the total effective rate,cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and carotid artery intima media thickness.were observed and evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).The cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipid were observed in the observation group after treatment.Protein cholesterol was lower than the control group,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and carotid intima-media thickness between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).The high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and carotid intima-media thickness of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The addition and subtraction of gualouxiebaibanxia decoction has high clinical value in the treatment of angina pectoris and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.It can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and is worthy of application and promotion.
