口腔综合护理对咬[牙合]重建患者护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的观察口腔综合护理对咬[牙合]重建患者护理满意度的影响。方法咬[牙合]重建患者90例均于锦州医科大学附属第二医院接受治疗,时间为2017年1月至2020年1月,使用数字随机分组法将患者分为对照组(n=45,采取常规护理模式)和观察组(n=45,采取口腔综合护理模式)。比较两组治疗有效率、总满意度情况。结果观察组患者治疗有效率、总满意度均明显高于对照组,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔综合护理提高了咬[牙合]重建患者满意度,改善了护理服务质量,收到了满意的临床治疗效果。Objective Observation of the effect of comprehensive oral nursing on nursing satisfaction of patients with occlusal reconstruction.Methods Ninety patients with occlusal reconstruction were treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2017 to January 2020.The patients were divided into a control group(n=45,taken Routine nursing mode)and observation group(n=45,adopt oral comprehensive nursing mode).The treatment efficiency and total satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment efficiency and total satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups of data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive oral care has improved the satisfaction of patients with bite occlusion reconstruction,improved the quality of nursing services,and received satisfactory clinical treatment results.
