心理护理对乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期患者心理健康及治疗依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探究心理护理对乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期患者心理健康及治疗依从性的影响。方法本次纳入84例患者,时间2017年4月至2019年7月,依据护理方式不同分为两组,每组42例,常规护理为对照组,心理护理为试验组。比较两组护理效果。结果护理前,两组HAMA、HAMD评分差异无显著性(P>0.05);护理后试验组HAMA(9.48±1.12)分、HAMD(10.54±1.15)分、Ca^2+(2.03±0.32)mmol/L、Na^+(138.12±15.74)mmol/L、白蛋白(28.48±4.12)g/L、血红蛋白(100.31±12.58)g/L均低于对照组(13.59±1.74)分、(14.89±1.82)分、(2.19±0.41)mmol/L、(145.38±16.02)mmol/L、(38.64±5.74)g/L、(137.59±18.12)g/L(P<0.05);试验组治疗依从率(95.24%)高于对照组(73.81%)(P<0.05)。结论心理护理应用于乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期患者疗效显著,可有效提升治疗依从性,改善不良情绪,促进营养均衡,改善预后。Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on mental health and treatment compliance of patients with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods This time,84 patients were enrolled,from April 2017 to July 2019.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 42 cases in each group.Routine care was the control group and psychological care was the test group.Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the test group had HAMA(9.48±1.12)points,HAMD(10.54±1.15)points,Ca^2+(2.03±0.32)mmol/L,Na^+(138.12±15.74)mmol/L,albumin(28.48±4.12)g/L,hemoglobin(100.31±12.58)g/L were all lower than the control group(13.59±1.74)points,(14.89±1.82)points,(2.19±0.41)mmol/L,(145.38±16.02)mmol/L,(38.64±5.74)g/L,(137.59±18.12)g/L(P<0.05);the treatment compliance rate(95.24%)of the experimental group was higher than the control group(73.81%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing applied to patients with decompensated hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis has a significant effect,which can effectively improve treatment compliance,improve bad mood,promote nutritional balance,and improve prognosis.
