产妇产时与产后出血护理中应用综合护理干预的价值研究

摘　　要：目的探究综合护理干预应用于产妇产时与产后出血护理中的效果。方法本次试验对象均选自2018年1月至2019年2月在本院进行治疗的80例产妇,按照入院先后顺序分成试验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组开展一般护理,试验组在此基础上开展综合护理干预,对比两组产妇总护理满意度、产时及产后出血情况、并发症发生情况。结果试验组总护理满意度明显高于对照组,产时、产后2 h、产后24 h出血量及并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于产妇产时与产后出血护理,取得了显著成效,不仅能降低出血量,还可以减少多种并发症,提升产妇护理服务满意度。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum hemorrhage.Methods The subjects of this trial were selected from 80 parturients who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019.They were divided into a trial group(n=40)and a control group(n=40)according to the order of admission.General nursing,the experimental group carried out comprehensive nursing intervention on this basis,and compared the two groups of maternal total nursing satisfaction,intrapartum and postpartum hemorrhage,and complications.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the bleeding volume and complication rate during delivery,2 hours postpartum and 24 hours postpartum were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions have been applied to the nursing of parturient and postpartum hemorrhage,and have achieved remarkable results,not only can reduce the amount of bleeding,but also reduce a variety of complications,and improve the satisfaction of maternal care services.
