摘　　要：目的探讨分析预见护理干预对预防未足月胎膜早破发生尿潴留的影响。方法将2017年2月至2019年2月于本院就诊出现未足月胎膜早破患者为此次研究选择的目标对象,依据纳入标准以及排除标准选择入组对象,共纳入68例,依据数字表法分为两组,各34例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施预见护理干预,对比护理效果。结果观察组剖宫产率、尿潴留发生率、焦虑评分、抑郁评分均较对照组低,护理满意率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论对未足月胎膜早破患者实施预见护理干预可大大降低尿潴留发生概率,改善患者的妊娠结局,改善患者心理状态,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of predictive nursing intervention on prevention of urinary retention in preterm premature rupture of membranes.Methods Sixty-eight patients with preterm premature rupture of membranes from February 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital were selected as the target objects for this study.The patients were selected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and were divided into 2 groups with 34 cases in each group according to the numerical table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received more predictive nursing intervention to compare the nursing effects.Results The observation group's cesarean section rate,urinary retention rate,anxiety score,and depression score were lower than those of the control group,and the nursing satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preemptive nursing intervention for patients with preterm premature rupture of membranes can greatly reduce the occurrence rate of urinary retention,improve the pregnancy outcome of patients,improve the psychological state of patients,improve nursing satisfaction.
