医联体框架下双向转诊制度的探讨

摘　　要：随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的不断推进,城市医院以及社区卫生服务机构对分级诊疗以及双向转诊制度的重视度不断提高,基于医疗体框架下的双向转诊制度也受到重视,但在实践过程中,存在由于社区卫生服务体系完善度不足导致社区与医院间双向转诊制度无法得到有效落实的问题。本文就对目前双向转诊制度中存在的问题进行分析,提出在医联体框架下如何建立有效双向转诊制度,为双向转诊制度的完善提供参考。With the continuous advancement of my country’s medical and health system reforms,urban hospitals and community health service institutions have continuously increased their attention to hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and two-way referral system.The two-way referral system based on the framework of the medical system has also received attention,but in practice,there is a problem that the two-way referral system between the community and the hospital cannot be effectively implemented due to the insufficient perfection of the community health service system.This article analyzes the existing problems in the current two-way referral system,and proposes how to establish an effective two-way referral system under the framework of the medical consortium,and provide a reference for the improvement of the two-way referral system.
