摘　　要：目的探讨自动口服摆药机减少调剂差错的效果。方法引进自动口服摆药机后,运用管理学的相关理论,实现变革。观察记录药房改革前后,调剂差错次数进行比较,以及临床对药房满意度和住院药房工作人员的满意度的变化。结果在变革后,药房调剂差错降幅达到82.44%;临床对药房的满意度及药房内度员工满意度均有大幅度的提高。结论通过引进移动口服摆药机,将药师从重复的体力劳动中解放出来,建立合理的激励制度,不止口服药调剂差错减少,其他整装药品、针剂等的调剂差错也明显减少,提升员工满意度,提高临床对药房满意度,提升药房管理水平。Objective To explore the effect of automatic oral dispensing machine to reduce dispensing error.Methods After the introduction of automatic oral dispensing machine,relevant theories of management were applied to realize the reform.Observe and record the changes in the number of dispensing errors before and after the pharmacy reform,as well as the clinical satisfaction with the pharmacy and inpatient pharmacy staff.Results After the reform,the dispensing error decreased by 82.44%.The clinical satisfaction degree to the pharmacy and the staff satisfaction degree in the pharmacy have been greatly improved.Conclusion Oral medicine machine,through the introduction of mobile pharmacists from repetitive manual labor,to establish a reasonable incentive system,not only for oral administration dispensing errors decrease,other bulk drugs,such as injection of dispensing errors also decreased significantly,improve employee satisfaction,improve the satisfaction of clinical pharmacy,pharmacy management level of ascension.
