摘　　要：融合通信平台能够为疫情防控、社会应急处突工作打破部门间通信壁垒、提升工作效率,具有重要研究意义。首先,概括性介绍融合通信系统架构以及融合通信平台在其中发挥的重要作用;其次,阐述融合通信相较于传统通信的独有优势;最后,探索融合通信在抗疫处突中的实施方案,对典型业务流程进行详细分析。融合通信平台能够满足抗疫处突对全方位信息收集、跨部门联动协作、扁平化精准指挥的特殊作战要求,必将在对抗疫情的“大考”中发挥重要作用。The converged communication platform can break the inter-department communication barriers and improve the work efficiency for epidemic prevention and social-stability maintenance control,which has important research significance.Firstly,this paper outlines the converged communication system architecture and the key role of the converged communication platform.Secondly,the unique advantages of the converged communication are expounded in comparison with the traditional communication.Finally,the implementation solution of the converged communication is explored in the anti-epidemic and emergency disposal,and the typical service processes are analyzed in detail.The converged communication platform meets the special operational requirements of allround information collection,cross-department linkage and cooperation,and flat and precise command in the antiepidemic and emergency disposal,and it will definitely play a key role in the anti-epidemic"big test".
