摘 要:采用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微粉对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)材料进行共混改性,制备了低噪声的ABS复合材料,并对材料制件的摩擦因数、表面能、拉伸强度、缺口冲击强度和黏滑系数进行了测试分析,同时将改性前后的材料做成成品进行装车验证。结果表明:随着PTFE微粉的加入,ABS复合材料的静动摩擦因数的差值减小,表面能和黏滑系数(RPN)也逐步减小,当PTFE质量分数为10%时,静动摩擦因数的差值仅为0.1,表面能由52.68 J/m 2降低为40.49 J/m 2,90℃/300 h存放后的RPN由原来的4~6降为1~2,大大提高了复合材料的自润滑性能。A low noise acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer(ABS)composite was prepared by blending and modifying ABS with polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)powder.The friction coefficient,surface energy,tensile strength,notch impact strength and viscosity slip coefficient of materials were tested and analyzed.At the same time,the modified materials were made into finished products for loading verification.The results show that,with the addition of PTFE micro powder,the static and dynamic friction coefficient difference of ABS composite decreases,and the surface energy and the risk priority number(RPN)also gradually decrease.When the mass fraction of PTFE is 10%,the difference of static and dynamic friction coefficient is only 0.1,the surface energy decreases from 52.68 J/m 2 to 40.49 J/m 2.After storage at 90℃/300 h,the RPN decreased from 4-6 to 1-2,which greatly improved the self-lubricating performance of the composite.
