摘  要:研究了苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SBS)的用量对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)的熔体流动速率、冲击强度、拉伸强度的影响。对ABS/SBS共混物体系进行填充改性,制备适用于3D打印的高分子材料,分析填充改性后ABS/SBS共混物的熔体流动速率、冲击强度、拉伸强度和成型收缩率。结果表明:当SBS质量份数为10份时,改性的ABS/SBS共混物拥有较好力学性能和加工性能。研究填充改性剂碳酸钙、滑石粉、高岭土对ABS/SBS共混物性能的影响,结果表明碳酸钙的填充性能较好。利用正交表研究了SBS、碳酸钙、偶联剂KH550、抗氧剂1010对共混物性能的影响,结果表明:SBS、碳酸钙、偶联剂KH550、抗氧剂1010的质量份数分别为10份、5份、1.2份、0.8份时改性的ABS/SBS共混物综合性能最好。The effect of styrene butadiene styrene(SBS)content on the melt flow rate,impact strength and tensile strength of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene terpolymer(ABS)was studied.The ABS/SBS blends were filled and modified to prepare the polymer materials suitable for 3D printing.The melt flow rate,impact strength,tensile strength and molding shrinkage rate of ABS/SBS blends were analyzed.The results show that when the mass fraction of SBS is 10 phr,the modified ABS/SBS blends have good mechanical properties and processability.The effects of the content of fillers on the properties of ABS/SBS blends were studied,such as calcium carbonate,talc and kaolin.The results show that the filling property of calcium carbonate is better.The effects of SBS,calcium carbonate,coupling agent KH550 and antioxidant 1010 on the blends were studied by orthogonal test.The results showed that the comprehensive properties of ABS/SBS were the best when the mass fraction of SBS,CaCO 3,coupling agent KH550 and antioxidant 1010 were 10,5,1.2 and 0.8 phr respectively.
