摘  要:采用三釜高温短流程聚酯装置和EVO环吹风及WINGS卷绕装置,生产出细旦多孔266 dtex/384 f涤纶半光圆孔预取向丝(POY)。POY经过TMT-T型高速加弹机加工成超细旦167 dtex/384 f拉伸变形丝(DTY),直接用于喷水织机作纬纱使用。试验发现:选择合适的喷丝板规格,改造纺丝无风区结构,在环吹风出口外加锥型风筒,合理匹配POY纺速与加弹机加工速度以及牵伸比,提高网络压力,增加卷绕张力,可以降低DTY的毛丝数量,防止DTY丝条粘连,提高超细旦多孔涤纶167 dtex/384 f SD-DTY的退绕性能,降低其在织造喷纬过程中因丝饼退绕粘连造成喷水织机空停的概率。By using the high temperature tri-pot short-flow polyester unit and the EVO ring blower and WINGS winding device, the fine denier porous 266 dtex/384 f semi-light circular hole polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY) is produced. The POY is processed into 167 dtex/384 f DTY by TMT-T high speed texturizing machine, which is directly used for weft in water-jet looms. The test finds that by choosing the appropriate specifications, reforming spinning spinneret without the wind bellows export area structure, pulsing conical ram, setting spinning speed and the draw texturing POY products machining speed and the draw ratio of reasonable matching, improving the network pressure, increasing the winding tension, the number of fuzz of DTY is reduced, DTY silk road adhesion is prevented, the unwinding performance of DTY is improved, the probability of the water jet loom stopping due to the cake unwinding and adhesion during the weaving process is reduced.
