摘　　要：在应急指挥领域,现有多种类多制式通信系统正面临现场信息说不清、跨部门协同困难等挑战。首先,对融合通信的技术体制、关键性能做简要介绍,在此基础上,重点分析了融合通信在应急指挥领域四种典型场景(专网融合、多媒体融合、公网专网融合、应急自组网多网融合)下的创新应用,最后对未来融合通信的创新应用进行了展望。In emergency command and control area,existing communication systems are facing challenges like lacking of on-site information and difficulties on cross departmental coordination.In this paper,the technical system and key performance of unified communication are briefly introduced.On this basis,the innovative application of unified communication in four typical scenarios(Unified private mobile radio,Unified multimedia,unified public and private network,unified emergency ad hoc network)in the field of emergency command are analyzed.Finally the innovative application of unified communication in the future is prospected.
