摘　　要：目的对2009—2017年我国31个省人均家庭卫生服务量进行空间统计分析,揭示我国省际家庭卫生服务利用的现状及空间差异。方法借助ArcGIS空间分析软件,利用其中的空间自相关检验和LISA空间分布图,分析我国省际家庭卫生服务利用状况。结果我国家庭卫生服务量由2009年的1973万人次增加为2017年的3840万人次,各年份的人均家庭卫生服务量的变异系数由2009年的0.597增加为2017年0.772;全局自相关性由2009年的Moran’s I=0.433,P=0.000变为2017年的Moran’s I=0.121,P=0.183;局部自相关性部分省份有显著性。结论我国家庭卫生服务利用情况总体在提升但存在地区差异,家庭卫生服务利用的省际全局自相关性在减弱但仍有局部自相关性。下一步家庭卫生服务的重心应是基本医疗且要更加精细、高质。Objective To conduct a spatial statistical analysis of the number of per capital family health services in31 provinces in China from 2009 to 2017,to reveal the current situation and spatial differences of inter-provincial family health service utilization among provinces in China.Methods Using ArcGIS spatial analysis software and its spatial autocorrelation test and LISA spatial distribution map to analyze the inter-provincial family health services utilization in China.Results The number of family health services in China increases from 19.73 million in 2009 to 38.40 million in 2017.The coefficient of variation of the number of per capital family health services in each year increases from 0.597 in 2009 to 0.772 in 2017.The global autocorrelation changes from Moran’s I=0.433,P=0.000 in 2009 to Moran’s I=0.121,P=0.183 in 2017.The local autocorrelation is significant in some provinces every year.Conclusion The family health services utilization in China is generally improving,but there are regional differences.The significance of global autocorrelation of the family health services utilization among provinces in China is weakening,but there is still local autocorrelation.The next step of family health services should focus on basic medical care and be finer and more high-quality.
